An updated mineral resource estimate was completed on the property in early 2016 showcasing the PAK Lithium Project’s world-class lithium grades and large tonnage potential, with the ability to be easily grown when required. The project is currently in the pre-feasibility stage with bulk sampling and metallurgical studies underway. The PAK pre-feasibility study is targeted for completion in Q3 of 2017.

Michael Tamlin has more than 25 years of commercial and technical experience in mining, milling and hydrometallurgy with significant expertise in lithium and tantalum concentrates and chemicals. His lithium experience covers the development of the Chinese chemical and global technical spodumene markets for the Greenbushes Mine in Western Australia which currently controls an estimated 95 percent of lithium mineral supply, the Zhangjiagang Lithium Carbonate Project and the Rincon Brine Project. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Neometals, an ASX-listed company which is preparing for the start of production of its Mt. Marion Lithium Mine in Western Australia and is conducting feasibility of a lithium hydroxide plant. Tamlin brings extensive experience in the development of both hard rock and brine lithium projects, lithium supply negotiations, lithium markets and management at executive level with significant lithium producers.
Peter Vanstone maintains specialized experience in rare metals with over 30 years of lithium, tantalum, and cesium exploration and mine production in the Canadian Shield. He is a former Chief Geologist for the Tantalum Mining Corporation of Canada (Tanco). The Tanco Mine is located in southeastern Manitoba and was a lithium mineral concentrate producer from 1986 until operations were suspended in 2009. Tanco was also a tantalum mineral concentrate producer until March 2013, and continues to produce cesium formate products.
Rick Walker has been the owner/operator of Consbec Inc. since 1975. Consbec is the largest surface drilling and blasting contractor in North America and the only private Canadian company who manufactures and transports bulk explosives. Mr. Walker has extensive experience in open pit mining, quarry and construction. Mr. Walker's open pit experience involves pit design, government regulatory requirements, high tonnage production, dilution, wall and drainage control. Mr. Walker is a member of the International Society of Explosive Engineers and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. The Walker family maintains approximately 20% of the outstanding shares of Frontier Lithium.
Mr. Kelly has been with Inco Ltd. of Sudbury since 1970. In 1989 Mr. Kelly was named Vice President of Maintenance and Engineering and in 1991 he was appointed Vice President of Mining, Ontario Division. After retiring in 1998 he became President of JGK Mining Services, a mining consultancy based in Sudbury, Ontario. Mr. Kelly is a Professional Engineer and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Mr. Marcotte has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry involving metallurgical and mining operations, environmental control, mineral processing, research and development, design engineering, plant commissioning and corporate management. He has extensive experience in gold, uranium, nickel-copper and platinum-palladium operations. He has served in various senior management and engineering capacities which include Mill Superintendent, General Mine Manager and Vice President. Over a forty year period, Mr. Marcotte has worked for a number of successful mining companies: Denison, East Malartic Gold, Upper Canada Gold, Falconbridge, Pamour, MacIsaac (INCO Shebandowan Operation) and North American Palladium. As Vice President Mining for North American Palladium and Vice President and General Manager Mining Operations for the Lac Des Iles Mine he was instrumental in the initial commissioning and progressive improvement of the mine amd mill operations. Mr. Marcotte has served as Senior Metallurgist for SNC Lavalin, Engineers and Constructors. He served as Vice President of Operations for Mustang Minerals Corp where his primary focus was fast tracking the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) and Pre-Feasibility Study and initiated the Bankable Feasibility for the Maskwa Ni-Cu-PGE Project in Manitoba.
Mr. Koziol serves as the President and Director of Alto Ventures Ltd. and resides in Sudbury, Ontario. Alto Ventures Ltd. (Alto) is a Canadian gold exploration company with projects in Ontario, Quebec, and Manitoba. Mr. Koziol is a geologist with over 35 years of experience exploring for gold and base metals in the Canadian Shield. He played key roles in a number of gold and base metals discoveries during his career with Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation and Cameco Gold Inc., including the McIlvenna Bay Copper-Zinc deposit, Saskatchewan, and the Comtois and Destiny gold deposits in Quebec. During his tenure as District Geologist from 1996 to 2002, Mr. Koziol was responsible for all exploration activities carried out by Cameco Gold Inc. in Eastern Canada, where he evaluated, acquired, and managed a number of gold exploration projects in Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. While at Alto Mike has acquired a number of high potential gold projects in Quebec and Ontario and is working to advance them. Mr. Koziol graduated with a BSc degree in Geological Sciences from McGill University in 1978 and holds a number of professional and technical memberships including the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (P. Geo.), and the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario (P. Eng.). Mr Koziol also is a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.
Mr. Barker is a partner of Bennett Jones LLP, a leading Canadian law firm. Mr. Barker practices corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, banking and corporate finance, and recently co-chaired the firm’s Corporate Department. Mr. Barker has represented institutional lenders and investors of all types, including the major Canadian banks, many of the United States and European money center banks, bond holders, hedge funds and a global American financial services company. Lexpert included him among the Top 100 Creative Lawyers in Canada.
Mr. Barker is a member of the advisory council of the Morissette Institute for Entrepreneurship, Richard Ivey School of Business. He is a past member of the editorial board of the Banking and Finance Law Journal and was an instructor in the Master of Laws program at Osgoode Hall Law School where he taught international banking and finance law.
Mr. McLean has been involved in underground mining and administration since 1963. Mr. McLean has worked with Kerr Addison Gold Mines, Rio Algom Mines Ltd., Denison Mines, Gould Copper Mines Ltd., Canadian Mines Services and McBeau Minerals Inc. in varying capacities including underground miner, development and production supervisor, captain and general mine superintendent. Mr. McLean is presently employed as Projects Superintendent with Cementation in Sudbury Ontario. Mr. McLean is President of Gould Copper Mines Ltd., and Vice President and Director of McBeau Minerals Inc. Mr. McLean brings 35 years of mining experience and 15 years of experience in labour relations, safety, personnel management and administration to Frontier Lithium. He earned the designation of Certified Human Resource Professional in 1991 and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a former director of Ontario Mine Rescue Advisory Committee and past chairman of the Ontario Mining Contractors.
Trevor R. Walker is the President and CEO of Frontier Lithium. Walker joined Frontier Lithium in 2010, and since then he has played a key strategic role in focusing the company on its PAK Lithium deposit in Northwestern Ontario. Under his leadership he has increased the company's overall readiness to develop its world-class lithium deposit, advanced global-minded marketing activities, and bridged partnerships to bring Canada's newest lithium mine project on line. Prior to joining the company, Walker was Vice President of the Consbec Group of Companies where he accumulated 10 years of experience in mining and construction industry. During his tenure at Consbec, he worked closely with companies such as GoldCorp, Rio Tinto, Westdome, Barrick, Noranda, Agrium and Unimin as well as other major companies. Walker holds an honours BA from the University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from Webster University Geneva, Switzerland.
Garth Drever is a geologist with over 35 years of mineral exploration experience primarily with Cameco Corporation. He specializes in innovative technologies for detecting ore bodies and has worked on many uranium deposits worldwide. His past experience as an exploration geologist has included positions as Senior Geologist, District Geologist for Cameco Corporation. Drever began his career with the Geological Survey of Saskatchewan managing geochemical and geophysical programs exploring for uranium in Northern Saskatchewan. From 2001 to 2007, he played a key role in the development of Cameco’s global exploration portfolio with experience in the USA, Australia, Africa, Asia, and Europe. More recently he worked as exploration manager for Uravan Minerals, and as VP of Raven Minerals Corp., a private uranium exploration company. He holds a B.Sc in geology from the University of Regina and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan, and the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.
